Refund policy

ARE ITEMS RETURNABLE?

Yes! Here at Fivestarfits we do everything we can to ensure that your purchase is made as smooth and easy as possible. However, in the case you are not satisfied with your purchase you can return your item/s for a refund.

When returning an item, it must be sent back in the exact same condition as when sold to be eligible for a refund. We will not be held accountable for any item damage after being worn or washed. The condition of each item sold on our site is scrutinized before being sent out and item condition information is stored in our database.

Returns will only be accepted within a 7 day timeframe after delivery date which is determined by signature upon delivery. Purchases that exceed the 7 day timeframe will not be eligible for return. Items such as undergarments/socks/swimwear are also not eligible for return due to hygiene purposes.

 

RETURN PROCESS

To return an item, simply contact us at fivestarfitstore@gmail.com or at any of our other socials linked with your reason for return and we will aim to get back to you within 1 working day. As previously mentioned above, please make sure all items are returned in the same condition as sold to be eligible for refund. Return postage is at the buyers expense and should be sent with 'recorded delivery' to prevent any problems occurring with the return. 

 

RETURNS FROM OUTSIDE OF THE UK

Non UK customers are unable to return items due to import duties. In the unlikely case you have received the wrong item/s or if the goods are damaged then returns from the outside of the UK must be invoiced as 'RETURNED GOODS - OF NO COMMERCIAL VALUE'  to prevent them being held at customs. Any charges related to customs are payable by the customer and not us.
